The predawn sky, a canvas of gray
A tranquil state, before the day
The world is still, a peaceful lull
As stars above, begin to dull

The silence broken, by a songbird's trill
A symphony, that nature will
A gentle breeze, that cools the air
A promise of beauty, that soon will be there

As the sky begins to lighten
Colors start to brighten
A spectrum of hues, from pink to gold
A sight, that never gets old

The sun, a fiery orb
Rises in the east, a new day born
A spectacle of beauty, that never fails
To take our breath away, it prevails

As the predawn gives way
To the light of day
We are reminded, of the world's splendor
